This whole-house cabinetry project was completed for a modern residence in Singapore in collaboration with an interior design studio. The scope included kitchen cabinets, bedroom wardrobes, and TV cabinets. Plywood was used for the cabinet carcasses, while particleboard was used for the doors. Melamine finishes were selected throughout the home.
The wardrobes and TV cabinets mainly feature matte white finishes, with selected wood grain panels adding contrast. In the kitchen, matte white wall cabinets are paired with glossy gray base cabinets, creating a clear contrast between the upper and lower sections.
Different handleless solutions were used across the cabinetry. The wardrobes feature profile handles and routed handles, while the TV cabinets and kitchen wall cabinets use push-to-open mechanisms. These details keep the cabinet fronts free of exposed handles and maintain a consistent minimalist style throughout the home.
Our work covered shop drawing development and cabinet manufacturing for the project, based on the design requirements provided by the interior design studio.
