Whole-House Cabinetry for a U.S. Residential Developer

This project is part of our ongoing collaboration with a U.S.-based residential developer. We provide custom cabinetry for multiple villa projects, with each set of drawings typically including kitchen cabinets, TV cabinets, and several bathroom vanities for different areas of the home.

The cabinet materials are selected based on the needs of each space. Plywood is used in wet areas such as kitchens and bathrooms for better moisture resistance, while particle board is used in dry areas such as living rooms and bedrooms to keep the overall project cost practical.

The cabinet doors mainly use OSB panels with either painted or wood veneer finishes. For painted finishes, the colors are selected from the Sherwin-Williams color chart, with light gray being the main choice. For veneer finishes, white oak and black walnut are the primary options, depending on the design style of each space.

The client provides the initial design drawings, and we handle the design development, cabinet dimensions, construction details, and internal cabinet layout to prepare the cabinetry for production and installation.

We continue to support the client's ongoing villa projects by developing and manufacturing custom cabinetry based on each project's drawings, layouts, and material requirements.
